Why we exist
Managing a home can sometimes feel complicated. From moving into an empty property to dealing with household costs, repairs, maintenance, damp and mould or tenancy responsibilities, knowing what to do and where to turn for help isn't always easy.
Our aim is to make housing information easier to understand, to access and to give people practical tools that help them feel more confident and secure in their home.
